Complaints and Suggestions
Your suggestions, complaints, and compliments are a valuable contribution towards our efforts to improve our services. Client satisfaction is our top priority. Should you have a complaint or suggestion, you can share them with us using any of the following methods:
- Fill out a complaint form and place it in the drop boxes in person at any of our branches
- Mail us through regular mail by addressing Customer Complaints officer Headquarters – P.O. Box 94112, Postal Code: 11194, Amman – Jordan
- Email us at complaints@kamalexchange.com
- Call us on +96265600060 EXT 320
We will respond to your complaint within ten days from the receipt of the complaint.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you can contact the Central Bank or the Judiciary.
